LaunchSite Project Agreement
This agreement explains what is included in your LaunchSite package and how the project will work.
What’s Included
- One professionally designed one-page WordPress website
- Sections include:

- Your choice of two additional sections:
- Testimonials

- Process
- Portfolio / Work Samples
- Call-to-Action Highlight
- Team / Meet the Founder
- Mobile-responsive design
- Two rounds of revisions after the first draft
Additional sections: $100 each
Project Process
- Kickoff Call: We’ll review layout, content needs, and timeline.
- Content Submission: You will receive a structured content form after the kickoff call.
- Build: Your site will be designed once all content is submitted.
- Revisions: One consolidated list of changes per revision round.
- Launch: Final checks and publishing.
Timeline
Your build timeline begins after all three of the following are complete:
- Payment is received
- Kickoff call is held
- Content intake form is submitted
Payment
Full payment is required upfront before work begins.
Revisions Policy
Two rounds of revisions are included. A revision round is defined as one consolidated list of changes. Additional revisions or out-of-scope changes are billed at $100/hour or quoted separately.
Hosting & Maintenance
Web hosting is required for your site to be live and is not included in the LaunchSite package.
If you do not already have hosting, we offer hosting and maintenance through Flyhost.me for $50/month, which includes:
- Hosting
- Updates and security patches
- Backups
- Plugin management and licenses
- Technical support
Additional Costs
- Most stock images are included
- Special fonts, premium plugins, or paid assets may require additional purchase
- You will receive a list of any paid assets and renewal costs after launch
Additional Work
Work outside the LaunchSite scope (extra sections, major layout changes, or new features) will be billed at $100/hour or quoted separately.
Usage Rights
All design and website rights are transferred to you after full payment.
Project Cancellation
If the project is canceled after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.
